  2. Declaration of Interest
    To declare the existence and nature of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, other Pecuniary Code of Conduct for members and having taken appropriate advice where necessary before the meeting
  3. Planning
    To discuss 16/01897/FUL – two story side extension, 4 Rowley Court, Sturmer, CB9 7XY
    Councillors had visited the site and inspected plans and agreed to send following comments to Braintree District Council:
    ‘Sturmer Parish Council have discussed the application and are unanimously in favour of the application to proceed’
    Acting Clerk to submit comments. Comments to BDC close 07/12/2016 at 5:00pm
  4. To agree purchase of laptop computer and printer/scanner.
    Cllr. Garrod had researched, taken advice and liaised with Sturmer Parish Council Clerk, Patricia Hearn.

    Extra software to be purchased
    Microsoft office and excel, memory sticks
    Agreed unanimously by show of hands
    Cllr. Garrod to purchase items from John Lewis and to be reimbursed by Sturmer Parish Council
